Golden Coast Brewing started with a simple idea: what if a brewery felt more like your favorite living room than a crowded bar? In 2018, we opened our doors on Pacific Avenue with that spirit in mind.

Every beer we brew is made right here in Santa Cruz, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our taps rotate seasonally, but our commitment to quality never changes. Whether you're a craft beer expert or just looking for a cold one after a day at the beach, there's a stool waiting for you.

Coastal Pale Ale

5.4% ABV · 45 IBU

Our signature pour — bright citrus and pine from Citra hops, with a clean, crisp finish that tastes like a perfect beach day.

Redwood Stout

6.8% ABV · 35 IBU

Dark as a forest floor with notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. Smooth enough to sip slow.

Pacific Pilsner

4.8% ABV · 30 IBU

Light, refreshing, and impossibly drinkable. A German-style pilsner brewed with California water — your new summer staple.

Berry Creek Saison

5.9% ABV · 28 IBU

A farmhouse saison with a twist — wild strawberries from local farms give it a tart, fruity character that's totally unique to Santa Cruz.

Sunset Haze IPA

7.2% ABV · 65 IBU

Juicy, hazy, and packed with tropical fruit. Mosaic and Galaxy hops make this our most popular IPA — bold but smooth.

Midnight Oatmeal Stout

5.5% ABV · 25 IBU

Velvety smooth with oatmeal giving it a silky body. Coffee and roasted malt shine through — perfect for a quiet evening.
